The hotel is cozy and the staff is very friendly. The location is excellent, a few blocks from the dock. One of the points of the hotel that I liked the most was Gino's Italian restaurant: it has a Sky Bar/restaurant with a wonderful view, another restaurant on the ground floor and they also take care of breakfast. The products they handle are of very good quality. Another of the positive points was the gym: very comfortable, complete and with a system of training sessions. Lastly, and most importantly for me: they are really pet friendly: my French bulldog was very comfortable. When you need to be away for a few hours for a special activity, you just leave your contact number so they can locate you quickly, in case of any inconvenience. We would return without a any doubt.

As soon as we walked into the room it took our breath away. What a wonderful large window overlooking the Mersey and looked great a night. The restaurant was well spaced and we enjoyed breakfast and our evening meal. Staff were very attentive and extremely pleasant and informative. We'll definately recommend the Innside to our friends and we can't wait to return We just loved Liverpool

loved the location, Friendly staff and very helpful staff, modern rooms, with all facilities, had room with adjoining doors so not very sound proof, also heels in corridor and rooms made it noisy but didn’t last too long thankfully. No information about times of restaurant, emergency numbers etc in room.

-Very spacious room-we had a studio-strange that the shower cubicle was in the room -comfy bed and pillows -Ginos breakfast was absolutely delicious and Dinner at Ginos was delicious and very accommodating for babies - I asked for grilled chicken with not salt for my infant. The young gentleman was very helpful in catering for my babys needs.(Gerald his name may be) -Sky bar was lovely yummy cocktails with a view -Staff are really nice at the restaurant and bar -very clean hotel -Accessible for pushchairs

My spacious room. The full buffet breakfast. My evening meal. The location. Perfect stay. I booked a twin. But got a double, it felt like a suite to me, had living/dining area aswel. At the Innside the views are amazing with the floor to ceiling windows.

- The staff were super supportive, pleasant and helpful...an absolute pleasure. - A note was left for me and my friends in the room wishing us a happy pride in addition to staff at front desk doing the same. - Cleaners were very helpful. - Room was outstanding. Studio was well looked after and simply brilliant to stay in. A treat for sure. - Complimentary drinks within the room and minifridge was a pleasant surprise and lovely (thank you). - The view from our room on the 15th floor was spectacular. - Highly recommend the skybar and resturant for fantastic food, drinks and views.

The building was great, clean and comfortable rooms. The room was fully air conditioned and the fridge stocked with free soft drinks. There was a hairdryer and a portable steamer which was great for us as my partner's suit needed a refresh. The staff on reception and at Gino's restaurant were excellent, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for everywhere in Liverpool. Breakfast was a buffet which catered for pretty much all tastes. Im very fussy with breakfast and a veggie but plenty of options. Coffee and teas were excellent.

I loved how simple but elegant the room where they felt very welcoming, clean and spacious. The lifts were nothing like I had used before but it was a good new experience. The shower was a bonus lovely glass doors, spacious bed for two.

The room was excellent with a great view and modern finishes. I didn’t want to leave. Also, it was only a short walk into the centre of Liverpool where my partner and I spent the Sunday of our stay.

Moment I arrived I felt welcome, attentive but not "in your face staff" in all areas. Room was excellent (not river view) spacious and accommodating with a free mini bar. Bit tight on "work" budget for the food but ir was excellent. I had Linguine with seafood which one of the best I have had and it is my "weapon of choice" when eating Italian. Keep it up Mr D'Acampo ... Ill be back
